Jang Yoon-ju
Jang Yoon-Ju is one of the more established models from Korea, and rose to fame at a time when Korean models were not globally popular or recognised.
She sharted her career when she was just 17 years old, in the year 1997, and went on to win the Fashion Photographers Best Model Award in 1998, and then again in 2002 and 2005.
Jang Yoon-Ju embodies the classic Asian features, and is especially known for her catwalk. She soon rose to fame, and became one of the top models in South Korea.
A common face for brands, she started appearing in ads and runway shows, so much so that she became the host for Korea’s Next Top Model too!
Apart from hosting, she also pursued a short stint in acting, featuring in ‘Veteran’, a film that released in 2015. She was nominated for Best Supporting Actress and Best New Actress at the Grand Bell Awards for the same project.
The successful model is also a singer-songwriter, and released an album called ‘LISA’ in 2017.

Lee Sung-kyung
Lee Sung-kyung stands out among the many Korean models, because of her exceptional acting career. She is one of the more successful model-turned-actresses from the country.
This credit goes out to her many talents as an artist, right from playing the piano and singing, to dancing and of course, her sense of style and modelling itself.
