At the end of November 2019, they finished living together in a dormitory, and each member bought an apartment/house cash, and there was a lot of talk about where that address is.

In 2017, BTS moved their quarters to Hanam the Hill, the most luxurious apartment building in Korea.

In the three years since then, they’ve made various achievements, including global expansion, Billboard nominations, and a successful historic performance at Wembley, and each time they’ve made a splash.

And it turns out that by the end of November 2019, they’ll have put an end to their 10 years of living in a dormitory, and each of the seven members will be living in a luxury area such as Hannam-dong or Gangnam district!

Jin, along with J-Hope, is one of the members who bought an apartment rather early on. He also lives in the same area as RM and Suga in Hannam-dong, an upscale area known for its BTS dormitories

RM’s purchased apartment wasn’t actually revealed until March 2020! However, as a result of interviews with various media outlets in Korea, it is now known that he purchased it for cash in Hannam-dong, just like Jin and Suga.

Suga’s purchased luxury apartment is a villa, a low-rise apartment located in Hannam-dong, where his contract expired dormitory is located. Like the other members of the group, Suga’s apartment also has a great view of the Han River.

J-HOPE was one of the first members of BTS to purchase an apartment!

He currently owns two rooms in a high-rise apartment building in Seongsu-dong, a sacred place for young Korean artists.

At first glance, the condo that Jimin bought might make anyone say, “What? I’m sure you’ve heard of it. Do you know that it’s an old apartment?

It’s also a surprisingly expensive apartment that doesn’t match its appearance.

What is the address of V (Kim Taehyung)’s current residence/apartment?

V bought his villa, Appelbaum, in November 2019, in Samseong-dong, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the Gangnam area of Seoul!

This Appelbaum was built in 2000 and is one of the condominiums affiliated with SK, a major Korean company, with a purchase price of 5.1 billion won (about 510 million Japanese yen)!

The most expensive condominium purchased by BTS is Appelbaum, where V is living.

The apartment that Jungkook, the youngest, bought with a lump sum of cash is a room in Tree Maze, a luxury apartment building in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, similar to J-HOPE.Â

In recent years, Seongsu-dong has become a popular hot place among young Koreans, with a growing number of fashionable stores. Among them, Tree Maze is arguably the most expensive high-rise apartment in the area, overlooking the Han River!

In this article, I’ve summarized the house (home) and apartment locations where BTS members are living after the end of their joint lives.

In the individual member’s articles, I have included the floor plan and the reason for purchasing the house.

In South Korea, the so-called “real estate bubble” is currently at its peak, with prices in Seoul continuing to soar, and many of the buildings are more expensive than real estate in Japan.

In such a situation, the condominiums purchased by the BTS members are some of the most expensive in Seoul!

I’m so proud of them for buying such high-end properties with a lump sum of cash.

Due to the nature of the real estate situation in Korea, there is a high probability that the BTS members will move to another luxury apartment in the future.
